Ah Lidecka, you know I understand this more than you know. I hope that you get through today and that you’re able to find a way to cope with these emotional issues and on the days when that’s just not possible because there’s no will left, that you will forgive yourself a lot quicker. Feel better.
See? EXACTLY what you said is right on the money with me. As you have so eloquently done today, I need to learn to slow down with my emotions, think it all the way through, instead of plowing head on and letting my emotions run my life.
I know exactly what you mean, I have been pigging out and even on the way to the fridge I am telling myself that I don’t really want to eat and I don’t need it…click…fridge open….choc in hand! LOL.
Yes, I think alot of us have these kinds of days…..sometime we eat out of emotion or boredom….or both. Somtimes we just don’t even care why we do it, we just do it. At least you recognize it and will move on from it. I hope your day gets better and it seems to be…you went on a walk! That is good for the mind!
And the food is not what we want, anyway. Your blogs are so helpful to me. Just know we care about you and look forward to hearing from you.Tomorrow will be a better day—-sometimes I go to bed early and get the day over with as soon as possible. I would love to visit your country—- the only place I dream of seeing.
And that’s exactly why I’m going to bed so i won’t eat everything in sight!!! ugh Lidecka I’m trying to be strong……I’ll do the research paper for you…lol Take my place with these silly &*$%***
Girl! You are not alone! Food cravings, for any reason (stress, boredom, emotional situations, etc), seem to rear their ugly head to me and I have always given in. I have a food addiction and it’s so freakin’ hard to beat! Constant thoughts of food. But I’m as proud of you as a cat with two tails! Going for the long walk and then shopping on ebay (my favorite place to shop!!). GREAT way to keep your mind off the food. Excellent job my friend! I would give you 5 thumbs up, but they only offer two. (there I go again with the over abundance! LOL). Have a great evening!
We all have those days. I am feeling a bit antsy myself and wanting something really nasty, but I opted for club soda and lemon, but only because it is 9 PM. If it had been earlier and I had been home I am sure in this state I might have indulged. *sigh* You are strong. And if you do happen to give in at some point, no worries, just do a little extra to burn it off. I know that you will be tough and yet still gentle eh? Like you are with me? I love those stress relieving walks too and the tea is just so soothing. *BIG HUGS* Have a good day tomorrow.
