Today I faught it away :)

… the lazy spell, namely. Something has been creeping up on me lately, I haven’t got much appetite but I also don’t feel like exercising… if the sun is out I can usually get myself going somehow, but I’m always glad just to do my bit and be finished with it. The gym routine the other day was my usual one, but it was soooo hard, somehow, I found it very fatiguing, my muscles were just not up to it…

You could change the music in your MP3 and you could take a day of rest to unwind.  That right there might do the trick.  But, maybe don’t over think that tired feeling.  We can’t always feel 100% every day.  When I work out, I don’t necessarily want to do it or feel great about getting out there or feel great finishing.  I feel a sense of accompishment but it’s not like I feel I could take on the world either.  I think you should feel glad in the fact that you still do your workout regardless of how you are feeling.  Feel proud that you have that dedication to yourself.  But sure, take a day or two off but then go write back on your workout plan.  Give those muscles a chance to recover.  Good luck feeling better.

Not a clue what to change.  Been that way myself lately, just totally drained.  At least you got out and did your walk.  Good for you!  Have a great weekend.

I am not here to recommend vitamins, but I know if I eat like you which is how I eat sometimes I feel a bit fatigued myself.  We both on our good days eat clean and it usually feels fantastic.  But I find it helpful to get in the B6 or eat grains.  Many avoid this, but I find it very helpful.  I know you eat oatmeal sometimes, do you feel better on those days ?   Just thoughts…..  Music, scent (rosemary, lavender, citrus, rose are very helpful for me and my moodiness) I do not know….   These sometimes help.  I hope you feel better.

I have no clue on what would help get ya back on track but does sound like you need a day to rest. The heat seems to be making a lot of people feel drained and making workouts harder.  Good luck and have a great weekend.

For me the blahs usually equal moody.  I do not think this is true with all though.   (side note…lol)

haha Jenn, what, me, moody? I never!!   It was a very thoughtful comment and there may be some truth in that. I\’ve been eating lots of fruit recently (I bought too much and now just have to eat it!!!) and had to cut down on other carbs because of that. I still have 4 pounds of oranges, a decent size pineapple and 2 pounds of rhubarb to go through in the next few days… it may very well be the food and yes, WW, you’re right also. Sometimes you just have to stick it out, much like brushing the teeth, because you know it’s good for you. Thank you everyone for the comments and the good wishes.
